Dr. Akhil is an accomplished Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon with 7 years of extensive experience in the comprehensive management of neck and back disorders. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, robotic-assisted spine surgery, artificial disc replacement, scoliosis and complex spinal deformity correction (both adult and paediatric), and the surgical management of spinal tumours.
He completed his MBBS from the prestigious St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore, followed by MS in Orthopaedics from Father Muller’s Medical College, Mangalore. He pursued advanced training through a Spine Surgery Fellowship at Manipal University and specialized training in robotic spine surgery and disc replacement techniques in Singapore.
