Discharge Process
Step 01

Discharge Planning

Your treating doctor initiates the discharge process once you’re medically fit, usually communicated a day in advance where possible.

Step 02

Document Preparation

Our team prepares your discharge summary, including diagnosis, treatment given, medications, and follow-up instructions.

Step 03

Billing Clearance

Final bill settlement, including TPA/insurance clearance for cashless patients, or reimbursement documentation for others.

Final Briefing

Before you leave, our nursing team will walk you through:
