Registration
Visit the admission desk with your doctor’s advice slip and ID proof. Our team will help you complete registration.
Document Submission
- Government-issued ID
- Doctor’s referral or admission advice
- Insurance/TPA documents, if applicable
- Previous medical history, if any
Room Selection
Choose from our range of room categories based on your comfort and budget. Our admission team will walk you through available options and tariffs.
Deposit and Billing
An advance deposit is collected based on the estimated treatment cost. For insured patients, this may be adjusted based on TPA approval.
Settling
Once formalities are complete, our nursing team will guide you to your room and brief you on ward facilities, doctor visit timings, and how to reach out for assistance.
Emergency Admissions
A short note clarifying that emergency admissions follow an expedited process, with documentation completed after initial stabilisation.
